Booking in Spoonik requires having an open mind, because this is not a restaurant to use. A maximum of 30 people are attended each night in this new establishment (Bertran 28, Barcelona), and only this small group has access to a sensory experience designed by Chef Jon Giraldo and Jaime Lieberman. About the tables shared by the guests – ten audiovisual pieces are projected, directly related to the dishes served, in which the Mediterranean gastronomic tradition is combined with the Colombian and the Mexican (countries of origin of Jon and Jaime).

Jon and Jaime, have entrusted our group with the reform and installation of their kitchen, and from here we wish them the success they deserve for a bold and avant-garde proposal like this one.
