The brothers José Maria and Luis Kao, owners of the renowned Shanghai restaurant, considered by many to be the best Chinese restaurant in Barcelona, and Kao Dim Sum, opened a new restaurant a few days ago in Barcelona, specifically at the Hotel Claris 5 * GL, with a clear and convincing commitment from the Clos family, owners of the hotel, for high-level Asian cuisine.
Restaurant at two heights, with a lower part more dedicated to cocktails and aperitifs, and the upper floor as an absolute restaurant. Very dim light, very elegant oriental decoration, in dark wood and wrought iron. All very careful and with great detail.
The open kitchen and view to the client, where you can see the skill and skill with which the chef prepares the different dishes.
The wine cellar welcomes us in the access to the dining room. Spectacular and attractive, it helps to highlight the wines that rest in it, waiting for the diner to taste them.
Grupo Rull has installed the kitchen, cocktails and necessary equipment. Special mention deserves the wine cellar, designed especially for this spectacular project.
